Runaway: An Airhead Novel by Meg Cabot 310 pages

The subtitle says it all. Third in the Airhead series, you got to accept the initial premise. Sixteen year old Emerson Watts has her brain "trapped" in the body of a sensational teen supermodel, Nikki. Nikki's brain now resides in Emerson's less than bodacious body. Em's boyfriend, Christopher might not accept who she "really" is. Brandon, son and sole heir of billionaire, Robert Stark is insane and wants to marry Nikki's body. Author Cabot is incredibly popular; she is the author of the Princess Diaries, The Mediator series, 1-800-Where-R-You series and Avalon High series and for younger readers, Allie Finkle series. She seriously knows how to create series fiction for girls -- lots of action, fluffy characters. I may have missed Airhead book two, count me out for any further installments.
