Devotion of Suspect X / Keigo Higashino 298 p.

Quite an unusual mystery, set in Tokyo. A reclusive but brilliant math teacher decides to help a neighbor when she is inadvertently involved in a murder. His motives and methods kept me guessing throughout. I had hoped for the story to give more of a Tokyo flavor - whatever that is - but it was almost strictly procedural. Still, I recommend it.
