Y: The Last Man: Whys and Wherefores/Brian K. Vaughan

Y: The Last Man: Whys and Wherefores, by Brian K. Vaughan (Y: The Last Man vol 10); graphic novel, science fiction; 168 pages

Really, Mr. Vaughan? That's how you want to end it? Seriously?? You've pretty much just invalidated all the awesome points you'd been building up over the course of this series. I don't even have words.

That's fine. Just fine. I'll be on my couch, binging on chocolate and Haagen-Dazs.

  1. ohhh come on? How else could he end it? In order for the epic to have proper scale, you have to look at it from a vantage point of generations. Its the only way for it to really make sense. Plus it all ties in together so well. We learn that the story was as much about the incredible person that Yorick is as much as it was about the devistation of all males.

  2. Hey, it wasn't the epilogue that made me mad. It was the ending of the main, present-day story. 355, man! 355!
