Locw Me To Death by Allison Brennan 471 pages
“Love me to Death” was on a new fiction title list and caught my interest. There is the FBI, some private investigators, a very determined young woman who survived a kidnapping with torture and rape thrown in. Brennan leads the reader through the layers of intrigue seamlessly tying the characters together. Lucy Kincaid is a survivor who is determined to use her kidnapping experience to make her stronger rather than letting it take over her life. She finishes college and interns for a State Senator. She works at the morgue and volunteers for a foundation dedicated to find sexual predators that have been convicted, incarcerated then paroled back into their old predatory lives. Lucy is being stalked, the FBI is investigating the murder of one of her capturers and the players find that there is more than one criminal activity going on. “Love me to Death” has enough suspense to keep you reading and enough mystery to keep you guessing until the end!
