In the near future, Big Pharma has taken over a lot of stuff and all the streets are named after pharmaceuticals. This book is told by various characters and each chapter changes point of view. That was a little confusing for me because I was reading it on my Nook as it seems to only be available as an eBook. Ereading makes it tough to go back and forth to be sure you are identifying the correct character. This is an interesting story from a new author even though it wasn't really my type of book.
