A boxed set of printed media in a variety of sizes and shapes. Building Stories can be read in any order to tell the story of various residents of a building. We really get to know one lonely amputee the most as we see her childhood, single adult stage and then marriage and motherhood. As usual, Ware has what looks like simple drawings but they convey so much. This is a beautiful story and an incredibly creative method of sharing it.
