The Big Time by Tim Green 277 pages
This is the fourth book in the Football Genius series. Tim Green, former defensive end for the Atlanta Falcons and an adopted child who searched for his own birth parents, writes well about the subject matter he knows so well. Troy White has an amazing sports gift. He is able to successfully predict football plays in advance. This skill has agents and lawyers knocking on his door with promises of easy money and fame. One of these lawyers is a man who claims to be his birth father and a successful lawyer who wants to represent him. Troy ignores his mother violent reaction because he wants to connect with his newly found dad. Fortunately, Troy has several friends, including linebacker, Seth Holloway to help him. Many of the old sports series by Gault and Tunis have been retired. This is a good series for your sports reading fans.
