Blood Secrets: chronicles of a crime scene reconstructionist by Rod Englert with Kathy Passero. 286 p.
I picked this book up after Karen reviewed it last month. I enjoy reading books about what science can determine about crimes, so this was fun for me. Englert did actually spend some time explaining the basics of things like blood spatter, medium vs high velocity, and stuff like that. Although he explains well, I don't think I'll retain many of the details, but I very much enjoyed his discussions of crime scenes and what he learned from them by examining blood detail.
