The
Paperboy by Pete Dexter, 307 pages While his brother Ward works on Pulitzer caliber stories, Jack seems to be wasting his life. He was kicked out of college, and spends his time drinking and delivering papers. When Ward is severely beaten, and ostracized by those at the paper, Jack must decide how far to pursue the unraveling story on which his brother was working. I listened to part of the book. The narration competently done by Sean Runnette. Dexter, himself, is always good. Check our catalog. Downloadable audio. |
