Girl of Nightmares by Blake Kedare, 322 pages.
The second book of the "Anna" series, following the rather well-done Anna Dressed in Blood. This one drags a bit and we seem to re-visit a lot of the same inter-character conflicts we saw in the first book. Cass Lowood is still fighting ghosts and spririts, and the ghost he loves, Anna Korlov, is trying to help him. They're up against something more sinister and evil than they expect, and it may be the end of them. I'm not waiting for third one.
