Jen Lancaster is at it again. She is now semi-employed and has sold her first book (although hasn't seen any $$ yet). Her husband is back at work and their electrical service is always on due to the ability to pay the bills. She has some fabulous insights on her dead beat neighbors, the dead beats on public transportation and the dead beats who answer the phone at the library. Funny stuff.
