Perhaps better known to some as Ron Swanson, the head of the Parks and Recreation department on the television show Parks and Rec. Seems like in real life, Nick and Ron share many philosophies. One is "eat red meat". Nothing will make you happier according to Nick. There are many other philosophical discussions and stories of his younger days and his triumphs in Los Angeles where he met, romanced and married his wife Megan Mullally of Will and Grace fame. He is a lucky bastard and he knows it. Funny book.
