Dreadful Young Ladies

Dreadful young ladies and other stories / Kelly Barnhill, read by John Rafter Lee, 288 pgs.

The book opens with a story about a nice lady who becomes a widow when her well loved husband passes away.  Freed from his allergies, she invites in the animals that she has always loved and they become her family.  The story ends with her having taken a new lover, Sasquatch, of course.  They are made for each other.  This might be the most conventional of the stories, all of which are a complete delight to read or listen to.  It isn't often that fantasy appeals to me but this was wonderful.
