So far from home, Digger begins learning the customs of this new land as she starts searching for a way back to her warren, meeting new creatures along the way. It's a fairly simple tale, but Vernon creates a relatable kick-ass heroine in this gorgeously illustrated graphic novel. I can't wait to read the rest of this series!
