The Barbarian Nurseries by Hector Tobar 422 pgs.
As it happens on this blog, others have already written better postings about this book. I listened to the audio version and enjoyed it immensely. I guess to point up something that other have not, I enjoyed the depiction of the pressure from the media and the public to push an agenda that may not have a lot to do with the facts. But in this day, is seems like facts are fairly fluid and depend a lot upon what people believe rather than what is true. Sometimes a situation can get out of control by the forces of public opinion and you just have to wonder who wins in situations like that?
