Sleep No More: Six Murderous Tales by P.D. James 194 pp
This collection of mysterious tales by one of Britain's "Queens of Murder" were published previously but never as a collection. The stories aren't about "who done it" but more about how and why the killings occurred. Although I've probably read almost all of the Baroness James' mystery novels, these are the first short stories of hers that I have read. This is an enjoyable collection and each one is different. There is even one called "The Murder of Santa Claus" that was (kind of) suitable for the holiday season. This book is nice, light reading for mystery lovers.
