Set in the future, women who aren't compliant are sent to the "auxiliary compliance outpost" aka Bitch Planet. There, they are treated much like any other prisoners...in other words, not well. The patriarchy on earth has a plan to help make the facility pay for itself. The facility will field a team to participate in a national sporting event against the champion men's team. This is a ratings game and nobody is really too concerned about how it turns out. The women have formed a team and have four weeks to practice before their debut. This volume gets us through their first practice.
A scary version of the future. I hope we never get there.
