Revolver by Matt Kindt and Steve Wands-Graphic Novel, 164 pages
Matt, a young man with a job he hates at the Chicago Post Dispatch, wakes up one morning and the world has gone to hell, with terrorist bombings, avian flu, looting, murder, and mayhem. A day later, he wakes and everything is back to normal. His days then alternate between the dystopian and the banal in this somewhat engaging, somewhat self-indulgent graphic novel.
