At 86 page, they aren't kidding about "brief." Certainly not a class in the theories themselves but more like an appreciation of the theories, the individuals who put them forth, and the step forward each gave to science. These seven lessons are instructive but I think you have to read a LOT more to become versed in any of them.
Still, a great overview for the beginner.
