You know Aasif Mandvi if you are a fan of the Daily Show with John Stewart. He has also appeared in many other television shows, movies and commercials. Born in India, his family moved to England when he was a baby and then came to the US when he was 16 after his father became infatuated with the idea of brunch.
This book tells the story of finding yourself and at times not fitting in...although you don't have to be an Indo-Muslim-British American to have those issues, Aasif does a great job of telling his story with humor. His journey is familiar yet foreign but his writing is excellent.
