Sourdough, by Robin Sloan

I took this book on vacation with me at Kara’s suggestion.  Little did she know that I not only have made sourdough bread for four decades, but I even haul the starter back and forth to our cabin each year.  So it already spoke to me – and the sourdough starter in the book not only talks, is sings.  A fun, quirky novel was just the thing for a dock book and I thoroughly enjoyed it – see Kara’s excellent review for further details.  And lay in some really good bread to munch while reading.  259 pp.
