Sleep No More

Sleep No More by Seanan McGuire, 368 pages.

It is very hard to say much at all about the plot of this, the seventeenth book in the series, without major spoilers for the last book. So I will just say that McGuire managed to write an alternative universe story that is fully canonical and involves no actual universe travel. This novel is very character focused, and I really enjoyed it. I'm also really looking forward to the companion novel, The Innocent Sleep, which is a first for the series both because it is a second release in one year and because it is from another character's perspective. This book is something really new and exciting for the series, and it feels very fresh. This book is something to be excited about for fans of the series.
