In this funny, engaging, and refreshingly honest memoir, actress Busy Philipps offers up stories of her childhood, her entry into acting, and her constantly changing career. I love how matter-of-fact Philipps is about discussing tough topics, including rape, abortion, being a woman in Hollywood, and the death of close friends when you're both in the spotlight. Despite those difficult topics, this book is still full of humor and friendly insights. Really, in listening to the audiobook (read by the author), I felt like Philipps was riding shotgun in my car, giving me the scoop on everything in person. I enjoyed it greatly.
