Caroline Paul was in a bad accident and stuck at home after surgery. During this depressing time, her beloved cat Fibby disappears for 5 weeks. Eventually Fibby comes back but he has changed. No longer the shy "fraidy" cat, he has new swagger and confidence. Fibby also looks good and has gained some weight so clearly he has been cared for by SOMEONE. Figuring out WHO is the neighborhood has tried to steal her cat! I really enjoyed the emotional journey of Caroline who could not believe the cat would leave voluntarily and ignored all the evidence that he was, in fact needing a break.
