Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows by J.K. Rowling, 759 pages.
Summer car trips mean listening to audiobook copies of Harry Potter books. It's a tradition now. Any of the HP books will last a full round-trip, St. Louis to Chicago. This one, at over 17 hours, forced me to read the last two hundred pages or so. Luckily we still have copies of all the books.
With three kids, I've seen the movies several times each, read each of the books aloud, listened to each at least once, and then read them all by myself a time or two.
The final book in the series is my favorite, everything gets wrapped up, and most of the stray questions get answered. Harry finds out the truth about a lot of the past involving Voldemort, his parents, and, of course, Dumbledore. Always fun.
