Red Handed: The Fine Art of Strange Crimes by Matt Kindt, 264 pages.
The thefts of chairs from odd places, and the missing words and letters from signs around town, and pictures taken of strangers in private moments all come to
the attention of the great Police Detective Gould in this quirky graphic novel from Webster Groves author, Kindt. All of the little crimes are part of a larger puzzle, and though Gould is very good at the details, he might be missing the bigger picture.
The art is interesting and supports the story well. Noirish, yet familiar and with a strange vulnerability. A very fine book.
