Um...yeah...explaining this...oka-a-a-y... This is a compilation of 20 of the Henry & Glenn Forever comics which involve the romantic coupling of Glenn Danzig (of the Misfits) and actor, musician, writer, journalist, Henry Rollins with the addition of their Satan-worshiping neighbors, Hall & Oates (yes, the musicians). I was not aware of the existence of the Henry & Glenn comics and picked this up solely because of the cover art. Yes, I judged a book by its cover but it was Danzig & Rollins as "American Gothic." The comics are odd, amusing, confusing, and sometimes laugh-out-loud funny. The book also includes the article "The Secret History of Henry & Glenn Comics" and a foreword by Rob Halford of Judas Priest.
I have a friend that this book would be PERFECT for! What a great find!
