I estimate I read about 100 pages of this. Great recipes, explained in detail. I think it would be hard to mess these up. I tried the Pastitio, which was fabulous and very rich, and another dish whose name I can no longer remember. It was an unusual combination of potatoes, zucchini, tomatoes and mint which sounded odd on the page but tasted great. The author emphasizes healthy cooking, with a few exceptions (such as the pastitio).
